1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Uncloudy’s Managed WordPress Hosting, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the services.
2. Description of Service
Uncloudy’s Managed WordPress Hosting provides a hosting environment specifically optimized for WordPress, including pre-installed WordPress, automatic core updates, security monitoring, and basic administrative support for WordPress functionality (“Managed Services”). Managed Services refer exclusively to the administration and maintenance of the WordPress platform, such as software updates, server management, and basic troubleshooting. Managed Services do not include website design, theme development, content creation, or custom development services. The services may be modified or discontinued at Uncloudy’s discretion.
3. Service Cancellation or Modification
Uncloudy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Managed WordPress Hosting services or your access to them at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. You acknowledge that services may be interrupted or canceled without prior warning.
4. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the design, content, and customization of your WordPress site, including themes, plugins, and media.
- You agree not to use the services for illegal or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to distributing malware, hosting prohibited content, or engaging in activities that compromise service security.
- You are responsible for maintaining backups of your website data. Uncloudy is not liable for any data loss.
- You must maintain the security of your account credentials and promptly report any unauthorized access.
5. Limitation of Liability
Uncloudy, its affiliates, and its providers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. This includes any issues arising from website design, plugin functionality, or third-party services not managed by Uncloudy.
6. Third-Party Plugins and Themes
Uncloudy does not manage or support third-party plugins, themes, or custom code installed by you. You are responsible for ensuring their compatibility, security, and updates. Uncloudy is not liable for any issues caused by third-party components.
7. Termination
Uncloudy may terminate your access to the Managed WordPress Hosting services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease, and Uncloudy may delete your data.
8. Changes to Terms
Uncloudy may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
